The point is to show you how easy it is to combine trabeculectomy with SICS.
The beauty is that you complete the whole SICS cataract surgery.
Then with 2 cuts, you convert the tunnel into a trab flap.
Excise the block with trabecular meshwork, do a PI and suture sclera and conjunctiva!
