•Have crash carts ready always ..monitor them regularly

 
•Train your staff and revise regularly the various protocols

 
•Have the Tel numbers of the closest hospital and their physicians, ambulance service and STICK THEM TO THE WALLs

 

•Know which ambulance service provider is good
